Teachers Jobs in Eklavya Schools Gujarat -November 2010

Gujarat State Tribal Development Residential Educational Institutions Society (GSTDREIS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Higher Secondary Teachers in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) and Eklavya Girls Residential Schools (EGRS) and Model Schools (MS) across the state. At present there are 62 schools under GSTDREIS society. All the selected candidates will get rent free accommodation, EPF, DA and Group Insurance. All the positions are initially for 5 years and will be extended based on the performance of the candidates. Girl candidates are encouraged to apply as most of the students in the schools are girls. Following are details of vacancies and eligibility requirements:

1. Principal: Pay scale - Rs. 15000 - 18000; Qualification: Masters Degree in any subject with minimum 60 percent marks. They also should have B.Ed. and 3 years teaching experience. Salary is negotiable for talented candidates.

2. Higher Secondary Teachers in Maths, Science and English: Pay Scale - Rs. 8000- 12000. Qualification: B.Sc. Maths and B.Ed with 60 percent marks (For Maths teachers) / B.Sc. Science and B.Ed with 60 percent marks (For Science Teachers) / B.A. English and B.Ed. with 60 percent (For English teachers).
