Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) (Class -3) : 4268 posts (General-2156, SEBC-1122, SC-257, ST-733); Pay Scale: Salary is fixed at Rs.4500 for first 5 Years. After five years, they will get Rs.5200-20200 with a Grade Pay of Rs.1900. Educational Qualifications: Applicants should have passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam from Gujarat Secondary Education Board or its equivalent qualification. They must have passed Basic Course of Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW) from any Government approved institute OR should have qualified in Sanitary Inspector Examination. Candidates need basic knowledge of Computer Applications along with knowledge in Hindi and Gujarati languages. Age must be between 18 to 26 years.
