RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Recruitment 2014 | Centralised Employment Notice

RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) New Delhi, Ministry of Railways has announced recruitment notification 2014 for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilots / Drivers. The RRB has issued a Centralised Employment Notice with an Advertisement No: 01/2011 for this purpose. There are good number of vacancies for ITI and Engineering candidates. Total available vacancies are 16595. Vacancies are available in the RRB Regions of Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bilaspur, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu Kashmir, Kolkata, Malda, Mumbai, Muzaffarnagar, Patna, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Siliguri and Thiruvananthapuram. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have ITI in any one of the following trades: Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic Radio and TV, Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic Heat Engine, Turner, Machinist, ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Candidates should have secured the qualification under 10+ 2 pattern. Candidates with Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering also can apply. Applicants age should be between 18 to 30 years as on 1st January 2012. Age relaxations will apply as per the rules. You may start your preparation as early as possible considering the competition. Collect useful books, previous papers, model questions and standard material and prepare you own strategy to succeed in the examination.

Interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format. Application fee is Rs.40/- . The fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of The Assistant Secretary of the Concerned RRB and payable at the relevant location. Fee also can be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order. Filled in application forms along with all the required copies of certificates should be sent to 'The Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board of the concerned RRB Region. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 12th September 2011. Your first step in the preparation would be understanding the syllabus and nature of the examination and important topics.
