Rearranging Sentences and Finding Error Questions for SBI Clerks, POs and IBPS Recruitment Exams

Directions (Q.1-5): Read each sentence to find out whether there is any grammatical error or idiomatic error in it. The error, if any, will be in one part of the sentence. The number of that part is the answer. If there is 'No error' the answer is 5) (Ignore errors of punctuation, if any).

(D) During the function everyone waited with bated breath to hear who had made the maximum contribution.

(E) A man went from town to town to collect money for his charitable trust.
