Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), Telangana State is likely to fill as many as 50000 vacancies in various positions. The vacancies are expected in the positions of Group 1, Group 2 officers, Junior Lecturers and Degree college lecturers. The recruitment notifications may be released once the Telangana Government completes the formation process of TSPSC.
Vacancies are also expected in Gazetted and Non-Gazetted categories, Polytechnic Lecturers, Forest Range Officers, Assistant Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers and Group 4 posts.
Following are expected vacancies in various positions in Telangana State:
1) Group 1 : 250 posts
2) Group 2: 2500 posts
3) Group 4 posts: 5000 posts
4) VRO and VRA, Panchayat Secretaries: 5000 - 8000 posts
5) Junior Lecturers : 2500 posts
6) Degree college lecturers: 500 posts
7) Polytechnic Lecturers: 400 posts
8) Teachers Recruitment (DSC): 25000 posts
9) Police Constables : 8000 posts
10) Sub Inspectors: 500 posts
11) Gazetted Officers: 4000 posts
12) Non - Gazetted Officers: 6000 posts
13) Assistant Engineers: 5000 posts
14) Assistant Executive Engineers: 4000 posts
15) TRANSCO, GENCO Assistants: 4000 posts
16) MPHW: 3000 posts
The eligibility requirements will be same as like in the united Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana government may relax age limit. There will also some changes in the syllabus for General Studies question papers for most of the recruitment exams.
