Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP - RINL) has issued recruitment notification for the posts of Junior Trainees in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering. There are 366 vacancies in total. Following are details of qualifications and application procedure.
Vacancies: Mechanical - 236, Electrical - 110, Instrumentation - 20. Age of the candidates should be between 18 - 27 years as on 1 December 2015. Relaxations apply as per the rules of the Government of India.
Qualifications: Candidates should have passed in 10th Class with ITI and NCVT certificate or Diploma in relevant Engineering branch with at least 60 percent marks. Women candidates are eligible to apply for electrical and instrumentation branches only.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written examination and personal interviews. Written test will consists of Telugu, English, General Aptitude and Subject knowledge of concerned Engineering branch.
Candidates can apply online only through the website of Vizag Steel from 26 December 2015. Last date for the submission of online applications is 15 January 2016. The written examination will be conducted in February 2016.
