Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued recruitment notification 2016 for the posts of Temporary Constables (Executive) - Male and Female in Delhi Police. The SSC will conduct Computer based written examination for shortlisting the candidates.
Details of vacancies:
1) Constables (Executives) Male: 3115 posts. UR - 1557, OBC-847, SC-473, ST-238.
2) Constables (Executive) Female: 1554 posts. UR-815, OBC-443, SC- 250, ST-46.
Applications will be accepted through online mode only. Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE and MT) will be scheduled and conducted by Delhi Police region-wise at various places in the country.
The selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of PB-1 Rs. 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level - 03).
Qualifications: Candidates should have passed in 10+2 (Senior secondary) and male candidates must possess and carry a valid Driving License for LMV (Motor Cycle / Car) as on the date of PE and MT. Learning Driving License is not acceptable.
