RRB has informed that the candidates who missed Group D recruitment exams due to bandh on 26 September 2018 in West Bengal will be allowed to appear for the exam again.
The recruitment wing of Indian Railways has decided to give another chance to candidates who missed their exams on 26 Septembr 2018 due to shutdown (bandh) in West Bengal.
It is also decided to allow the candidates who were late to the exam due to shutdown to appear for reexam. All the absentees to Computer Based Test (CBT) on 26 Sep will have one more opportunity to give the exams.
Re-exam after 16 October:
These candidates will be considered for the exam after 16 October 2018. The candidates will be intimated separately about the reexam venue, date through email and SMS. More than 1.9 crore candidates have applied for the 60,000 group D posts in Indian Railways.
