Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is gearing up to recruit as many as 1000 candidates for its software products and services development. The company will recruit these candidates through National Qualifier Test (NQT).
Rs.6.5 Lakhs Package:
The selected candidates in National Qualifier Test will get Rs.6.5 lakhs per annum as salary package. TCS has started new selection process called National Qualifier Test. In this process, TCS conducts online test and personal interviews.
TCS is offering good pay packages for the engineering candidates selected through National Qualifier Test. Rs.6.5 lakhs package is almost double to the entry level packages offered by many other companies.
Online Exam and Interviews:
NQT consists of online examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for online test and invited for digital pool test. Those qualified in NQT will be called for personal interviews. Final selection will be based on performance in NQT and interviews.
