1102 Degree College Lecturers Vacancies in Telangana - 2016
It is estimated that about 1102 degree college lecturers are vacant in Telangana state. These are vacancies in Government Degree colleges. Apart from these, 1212 vacancies are there in aided degree colleges across the state.
The Government is recruiting the degree lecturers on contract basis for a long time. The Government itself has announced the details of degree college lecturer vacancies in Assembly.
There are 132 degree colleges in Telangana. Out of theses, only 946 contract lecturers are working in various degree colleges. 1102 lecturer vacancies and 1212 aided lecturer vacancies are vacant in various colleges and subjects.
There are no proposals yet to fill Government degree college lecturer posts in Telangana. The Junior lecturer vacancies also available in Intermediate colleges. TSPSC has to pursue the government to fill these vacancies.

4616 Posts in Dalit Gurukulam Schools and Colleges in Telangana - TSPSC to Issue Notifications in 2016
The Government of Telangana will be recruiting candidates for as many as 4616 posts in Dalit Gurukulams in various districts of the state. The important posts include Junior Lecturers and Degree College Lecturers and Principals, TGTs and PGTs etc.
The Government has set up 103 Dalit Gurukulam Schools in Telangana State apart from 30 Women Degree Colleges. All the posts in these schools and colleges will be filled through direct recruitment. Out of the total 4616 posts, 2205 vacancies will be filled this year.
Out of the total posts, 733 vacancies will be filled on outsourcing basis. TSPSC will announced recruitment notifications for all these posts. The important vacancies are given below:
