There will be all India level entrance examination for shortlisting the candidates.
Total vacancies: 2221 posts
1) Sub Inspectors in Delhi Police: 872 (Male - 616, Female - 256)
2) Sub Inspectors (General Duty) in CAPF: 786 posts. Male - 697, female - 89.
3) Assistant Sub Inspectors / Executive in CISF: 563 posts.
Candidates should have passed in Graduation in any discipline. Age should be between 20-25 years. Candidates need physical standards as prescribed by SSC.

Qualifications: Applicants should have passed in 10th Class and require diploma in civil engineering. They require physical standards as prescribed by the ITBPF.
Age: Between 20-25 years as on 31 July 2014.
Selection: There will be a written examination for 250 marks. In this, General Engineering paper will be for 200 marks and General English paper for 50 marks.
Those qualified in written exam will be shortlisted for personal interviews. Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.itbpolice.nic.in . Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 31 July 2014.
