APPSC Group 2 Marks and Expected Cut Offs in Various Categories - 2017
The APPSC has announced marks of Group 2 recruitment. The highest marks are at 357 which is much higher than the expected marks. It is estimated that about 1070 candidates have secured more than 300 marks in Group 2 mains.
The highest cut offs indicate the intensity of competition among the candidates for Group 2 posts. Lack of recruitments for a long time and relaxation of age till 42 years are other reasons for huge competition for Group 2 recruitment in AP.
The cut off for OC categories in executive posts will be around 320. Experts have estimated that only 400 candidates may secure 300 marks as the question paper was comparitively tough.
Civils and engineering background candidates have appeared for Group 2 exams in large number. Several employees also have taken long leaves and appeared for the recruitment exam.
